In 2015, when the idea for Vintino’s Premium Cigars and Smoking Lounge was first taking shape, Joe and Leo shared a vision: one day, they would create a cigar line of their own. During the pandemic, when life finally slowed down, they had the time to focus on bringing that vision to life. After nearly a year of blending, testing, refining—and plenty of smoking—Las Palmas was born. Inspired by the Royal Palm trees visible from their lounge window, Las Palmas reflects their Florida roots, their passion for premium tobacco, and their commitment to craftsmanship. To bring the project to fruition, Joe and Leo partnered with Garmendia Cigars in Estelí, Nicaragua—an exceptional boutique factory run by founders José Arquimides Perez Palacios and Angelica Garmendia, whose dedication to quality aligned perfectly with the vision behind Las Palmas.
