Tatuaje Havana VI is a medium-bodied Nicaraguan puro that delivers a rich, complex flavor profile that is well-balanced. The cigar is described as "a black cherry bomb that is peppered with spice and leather flavors" and offers a medium-bodied profile of spice, leather, and black cherry. The blend showcases notes of smoky cedar, cocoa, pepper, and a slight sweetness on the finish.
Created by renowned cigar maker Pete Johnson with the help of José "Don Pepín" García, this blend was first unveiled in 2006 and was the first Pete Johnson cigar to be produced at the My Father factory in Nicaragua. These cigars are blended in the style of classic Cuban cigars, from the tobacco seeds used to the beautiful Cuban triple-cap that crowns each stick. This 93-rated smoke is produced in Estelí, Nicaragua, by legendary cigar-makers Pepin and Jaime Garcia for Tatuaje brand founder Pete Johnson.
The name "Havana" is an acronym of the six sizes that were originally released, hence the VI after Havana, with two more sizes having since been added. Aged, well balanced and perfectly constructed, these cigars deliver smooth rich flavor with multiple 90 plus ratings, making them a luxurious indulgence for any aficionado.
